Our Story
I am an IT Consultant with 25 years experience in delivering complex software in the financial services sector. Along the way there have been many successes and quite a few failures and I have learned from every one of them. This BLOG is my way to try to give something back by sharing the tips and tricks that aren’t always readily available on the web. These should hopefully help you identify and avoid some of the pitfalls that can occur in software delivery projects as I have probably fallen into most of them already!
